- Budapest Research Centre for Linguistic Theory (BRaCeLeT) or, in Hungarian, Nyelvelméleti Kutatóközpont (NYEKK) was launched in 2015 as a platform for all theoretical linguists at Eötvös Loránd University. It hosts talks, minicourses, and conferences. It is a successor of the Budapest Phonology Circle (BuPhoC) est. 1990.
- Laryngeal patterns in synchrony and diachrony (NKFIH project #142498)
- The Work-in-Progress seminar was launched in the Department of English Studies in October 2006 to discuss unpublished scholarly articles and book chapters written by faculty members and Ph.D. students. There is one seminar session each month during term time.
